Image taken from a wakeboarding shoot for Pro wakeboarder Katie Batchelor at Box End Park.  Katy is sponsored by Ultrasport and so these images were taken to be passed onto her sponsors.

The RFU asked me to take photos at a grassroots level event held at Old Northamptonians Rugby ground.  It was challenging conditions for there was a strange 'fog' caused by Sahara Desert particles in the air!  The image above appeared in the local Chronicle & Echo newspaper.

I was fortunate to have been attending a school cycle event organised by British Cycling at Althorpe House.  After the event the Women’s British Cycling Tour passed through the estate, giving me a fantastic photo opportunity.

The Lovely Langfords

Here are a couple of images selected from the Langford’s photoshoot. Some challenging lighting issues during the shoot made post editing more time consuming than normal.  Being a perfectionist I strive to make the images perfect before showing them to customers.  I am really looking forward to our second shoot when baby gets bigger and can sit up and join in with the teddy bear pic-nic :) 

 

British Womens Cycle Tour 2014

Just a few images from the 'British Womens Cycle Tour' as it passed through the stunning grounds of Althorpe House yesterday.  The Tour is the first one ever organised for professional women cyclists in Britain!  Famous Olympians such as Laura Trott and Marianne Voss will be fighting it out over 5 days of intense road cycling. Highlights can be seem on ITV4 at 9pm each night.  I teach at Sponne School and local talent Hannah Barnes, who came third in the first leg, is an ex-pupil!  

 

 

 

The Hanfords Family Fun

We had lots of fun with the Hanford’s on their photo shoot.  Max and Monty bought along their favourite toys and were brilliant in front of the camera.  Max looking like the next Jonny Wilkinson as with his rugby ball! Good friends Russ and Heather are the owners and Box End Park Activity Centre in Bedford and it's thanks to them that we are able to use the awesome rooms for our studio!  Box End Park is a fantastic place that consists of a boat lake, a cable lake, a boat house and an impressive clubhouse which is home to Corner 5 restaurant.  At Box End Park you can water-ski, wakeboard, kneeboard as well as bring groups down for team building, archery, kayaking, and it also caters for open water swimming and triathlons.
